It was very complicated to prepare this time because we have many places to visit with many purposes…
We are not trying to be careless, neglect for all each visits and meetings even they are so many.
However, we also have to prepare to become very flexible for the unpredictable occasions.
I have been feeling that our cooperation each other to prepare in the office this time has absolutely developed being smooth.
I see that it’s because we have accumulated the know-how.
Also we have shared the every single exchanged information with ourselves or outside of our company then we have carried out our each responsibilities. In addition, each person did work having the understanding that each role was an important part in the all.
However, it is all about the preparation… I can’t satisfy just only for this stage.
What is the result of this aiming? That is important.
