Initiation ceremony at my company.
Once one starts his/her adult life from a student, he/she
automatically bumps into the unbridgeable gulf between ideal and
reality.
It is inevitable that there is a gap between ideal and reality.
Once he/she recognizes it, and starts thinking by him/herself, and
then act accordingly, then he/she begins to grow as an adult, in other
words, a member of society.
The essence of "Growth" as the member of society lays within it.
I ended the ceremony with Taro Okamoto's words this year again.
